ChiliDesk uses the minimum operational data needed to run the service and improve its reliability. We do not sell personal data or use advertising trackers.
Workspace data
Tasks, clients, time entries, membership details, and integration settings are used to provide the workspace features you request. Access is limited by your workspace role.
Product analytics and performance
Self-hosted Umami and ChiliTrack collect cookieless page views and deliberately named product events. ChiliTrack also receives Core Web Vitals and the deployed software release so slow experiences can be tied to a specific build. Query strings and URL fragments are excluded, and invitation, login, and signup routes do not load the trackers.
Recording
Session replay is not enabled. Heatmaps are off by default and can run only on the public landing and audience pages; they are never enabled on workspace, account, login, signup, or invitation routes.
